Ordering and Shipping

Ordering

Once an order has been submitted through our website it will be promptly reviewed by our internal team. If we have any questions regarding your order, we’ll reach out right away. If not, you’ll receive an order confirmation when your order is moved into processing. Please note: our wholesale website reflects live inventory so items left in your cart for too long run the risk of going out of stock.

Shipping

Orders placed on our wholesale website will be shipped within 7 business days of the date you receive your order confirmation. However, orders shipping internationally may require longer processing times. Orders under $250 will be shipped via USPS Priority and orders $250 and over will be shipped via UPS Ground.

When your order has shipped you’ll automatically receive an email with tracking information so you can check the status of your shipment and you’ll also receive tracking update emails.

International customers -  you’ll be able to submit your orders without a shipping method for our team to review. Once we have your order, we’ll reach out to you with our international shipping options and estimates. Alternately, if you’d like to use your own freight forwarder or FedEx/UPS account number you can leave that information in the “special instructions” section in the cart before checkout.

Payment

During checkout you will have a few different options to pay for your order. We accept all major credit cards and we’re now offering payment via Paypal as well. If you currently have pre-approved terms with us, you can select the “Use my pre-approved terms” option and we’ll assign the appropriate terms for your account to your order after it’s been submitted.

Problem with a shipment?

If you find any issues with your shipment we request that you report them to us within 2 weeks of receipt. Please send an email to customersupport@zutano.com including your account name, order number, and description of the problem and we will be more than happy to help resolve it.
